Job Summary

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support our data analytics team in extracting and analyzing data, generating reports, and contributing to the development of data-driven solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who is passionate about turning data into insights and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions.
  • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Support senior data analysts and data scientists in daily tasks, including managing larger data sets and designing algorithms to solve specific problems.
  • Help maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions.
  • Assist with data quality checking and cleansing.
  • Aid in the implementation and support of data analysis tools and software.
  • Participate in team meetings to share findings and discuss improvements.
  • Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in data analysis and software tools.
  • Contribute to problem-solving discussions and brainstorming sessions.

     

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
